B-Axis Tool Stations on Turret
Fully programmable and capable of rotating 360° in 0.001°
increments, the 4 B-Axis station on the turret can be used perform
milling and drilling operations at any angle on both the main and
sub-spindle. Each station can hold up to 2 ER25 live tools, 1 on
each end.
Two Y-Axis for Simultaneous Turning
Both tool units can cut a part on the same spindle or
independently work on parts on main and sub-spindles at the same
time. Significant reduction in cycle time is assured.
C-Axis on Both Main and Sub-Spindles
Both the main and sub-spindle are equipped with C-axis as
standard equipment for contouring operations.
Integrated Spindle Motors
Main and sub-spindle are built-in type, integrated into motor
housings. There’s no part that can’t benefit from the greatly
reduced vibration and well-calibrated thermal characteristics.
